Kaiyukan is one of the largest aquariums in the world. Located in Osaka, the aquarium recreates 10 regions from the Pacific Rim with displays such as the lush green “Japan Forest” and the “Pacific Ocean.” The latter is reproduced in a 9m-deep and 34m-long tank featuring a mixture of exotic fish species including whale sharks – the largest fish species in the world.
