The Meishu Center in Ochanomizu is a nihonshu shop through and through. The Meishu Center is a standing only store with several high tables placed around the small shop floor. The walls surrounding the tables are stacked high with Japanese sake from breweries all over the country. They have around 10 varieties of sake, spread over 45-plus individual brands. For a tasting, you can pick three different kinds of sake and bring them to your table where a member of staff will provide a sake tutorial.
