Bar Public Stand is opening a new location on Romance Street outside Ikebukuro’s West Exit October 26—and in celebration, they’re offering an extra-special deal to cosplayers who stop by until November 25: all-you-can-drink with no time limit.
Just come by in costume, and for 1,080 yen (women) or 3,240 yen (men) you can enjoy Public Stand’s extensive all-you-can-drink menu for up to 11 hours!
The first Public Stand opened in Ebisu in 2017. Ikebukuro West Exit Romance Street is the 13th and largest Public Stand yet, offering two stories and space for up to 240 people.
