Special collection by the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum on display
Marunouchi, Tokyo’s central business district, is hosting a very special dinosaur exhibition for one week only at ‘Marucube’, in the Marunouchi Building, and at Marunouchi ‘Oazo’ on March 21-29.
The exhibit will feature a huge Pteranodon, with an awe-inspiring seven-meter wingspan, as well as a full 12-meter skeleton of the Acrocanthosaurus atokensis,–the largest carnivorous dinosaur in the early Cretaceous period (about 145-99 million years ago), at Marucube.
Also showcased will be an animatronic Fukuisaurus, named for being discovered in Fukui Prefecture, and other dinosaur related fossils at Marunouchi Oazo.
This is an unmissable installation for Tokyoites with children (or big kids) and is completely free!
