Celebrate the warmer weather with a festival of Mediterranean culinary delights.
Tokyo is home to more than 300 Spanish restaurants, and one of the great pleasures of this region’s cuisine are the various approaches each chef takes to traditional favorites, from adding a touch of spice to their paella to a unique ingredient to their gazpacho (cold tomato soup). Diners looking for another opportunity to sample the flavors of the Iberian Peninsula are in luck until the end of the month, thanks to the ¡Fiesta España! event at selected Prince Hotels in Tokyo.
Five locations – The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa, Shinagawa Prince Hotel, and Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel – will be serving a series of lunches and dinners featuring some of the finest that Spanish cuisine has to offer. Each venue features tapas, pinchos, soups, and mains made with the fresh produce, seafood, and flavorful meats that the region is famous for, served buffet style or in elegant, multi-course meals. Times and locations are below:
The Prince Park Tower Tokyo: Dinner, 5:30 pm–10:00 pm (¥17,500)
The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo: Dinner, 5:30 pm–10:00 pm (¥9,000)

To accompany the varied menus, Prince Hotels restaurants will be serving a selection of Spanish wines, which include sparkling wines, whites, reds, and an assortment of sherries.
For an even rarer experience, on the evenings of May 26 to 28 the Brise Verte restaurant on the 33rd floor of the Prince Park Tower Tokyo will be serving a special menu that will be prepared by Óscar Velasco, chef at Madrid’s Santceloni (two Michelin stars). For three nights, diners can sample Velasco’s unique creations, which include ricotta cheese ravioli served with anchovy and smoked carrot sauce, grilled shrimp wrapped in lettuce leaves and flavored with red pepper and tomato, and mackerel flambé served with cauliflower and apple jelly. Places are limited for this dinner, which is priced at ¥30,000.
