Folks down in Yokohama have been raving about Handel’s Cafe, a new coffee shop that lets you purchase monthly, all-you-can-drink plans. Now Handel’s is making its way to Tokyo.
The cafe, which opens October 5 in Tobu Ikebukuro, works like this: you simply purchase a membership (¥5,800/month), flash your smartphone, and enjoy nine different drinks, including coffee, cafe latte, cappuccino, multiple teas and more.
To celebrate the opening of the Ikebukuro store, for a limited time, Handel’s Cafe will be selling memberships for just ¥3,600 a month. That’s as cheap as buying one canned coffee a day—and a whole lot more enjoyable.
Registration will begin at the end of September.
