For having officially entered rainy season, Tokyo’s weather is treating us fairly kindly so far this year – still, we have a feeling things are about to get pretty tropical.
In that spirit, why not try out a new tropical treat from Cote Cour, Japan’s first-ever brownie specialty shop?
Cote Cour, based over in Ebisu, have launched a seasonal item they’re calling the Tropical Brownie, which combines couverture chocolate, pineapple, coconut, and walnuts for a perfect balance between fresh fruit and chocolately goodness.
You can grab these delicious blends of fruit and chocolate either directly at Cote Cour’s Ebisu location, Lumine in Tachikawa or at several pop-up shops around the city until the end of August. The brownies are a limited-time item, so make sure to grab them before they go.
