Japanese Indie Band Plays Two Homecoming Gigs
Japanese band Mono No Aware, whose cover song “Oyoge, Taiyaki-kun!” was featured as one of Tokyo Weekender’s top tracks last year, will play a double gig in the Tokyo island of Hachiojima, with one event in the afternoon and another in the evening. Hachiojima is the hometown for half of the band members, making this a special event indeed.
