Just in time for the warmer months, Reebok Yoga is launching their Spring/Summer Collection with the help of brand ambassador Tara Stiles. The driving force behind Strala, one of the world’s most popular yoga methods, Stiles partnered with Reebok to design and launch the Reebok Yoga line in 2012. This year’s Spring and Summer styles have a tropical, beach-inspired look to them, and are sure to inspire you to develop that beach body, wherever the seasons take you.
Reebok Yoga Classes
For a class that upbeat music with Vinyasa flow routines, the Reebok Strala Yoga class on Wednesday nights at Studio+Lotus 8 in Higashi Nihonbashi Studio is a perfect environment for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike. Held every Wednesday night from 20:30 to 21:15. Every Friday night, you can sweat off the stress of the week at Reebok Friday Fitness, a three-hour class that mixes up a variety of fitness programs. On the third Sunday of each month, mix up the heart-pounding satisfaction of a run and the deep stretches of yoga with the Reebok RUN Meets YOGA. The class runs from 13:00 to 15:00, out of True Nature Studio in Sendagaya. Visit their site for more information.
