This unique ballet company is directed by dancers Christian Martinu and Rio Mitani. Both have studied ballet in Vienna and have close ties to Austria, however they also have extensive international experience, having taught and danced all over Europe and North America.
In addition to classic dances like Don Quixote, The Nutcracker and Moses, ABC Tokyo’s repertoire also includes dances like Japanism, which was choreographed by Mitani herself and includes elements of Japanese culture.
