The pop-up market is only setting up shop for four days, conveniently in plenty of time for the upcoming holiday season. As usual, the Subject Matter gallery stick to its philosophy of offering art that is affordable, authentic, and accessible.

Their photographic art will be featured in the market, along with a diverse range of other goods. For example, up-and-coming home products from Skinny laMinx, a South African label with clean, funky prints – think Marimekko meets Urban Outfitters.
Another brand to get excited about is a photographic project called “My Japan”, which offers a series of postcards and coffee table books – perhaps the perfect present for relatives and friends overseas?
Jewellery, wire art, portrait couture and even clothing will be available at the market, which is also child-friendly: bring the little ones not only for the children’s books and merchandise, but also for a book reading and workshop on the Saturday.
