For hundreds of years, people have tried to get a peek at their future using tarot cards. But now, this centuries-old method of divination is getting a 21st century makeover at the Tyffonium Odaiba magic-reality theater where you’ll be able to get your fortune told in full virtual reality.
The “Tarot VR – Voyage of Reverie” experience, which launches on April 25, will take guests on a dreamlike, virtual tour to faraway lands and places brimming with magic, ultimately ending with a personal tarot reading. All fortunes are based on the calculations of Japanese astrologer Natsuki Matsui, and at the end, everyone receives their divined tarot card plus a printout explaining their fortune.
