Miffy, the popular rabbit from the mind of Dutch artist Dick Bruna, is making her way to Japan.
Two shops, Miffy Sakura Kitchen and Miffy Sakura Bakery, will open in Kyoto on the main street that runs from Togetsu-kyo Bridge through the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, a popular tourist spot.
Miffy Sakura Kitchen sells licensed Miffy products including traditional Kyoto crafts, kitchen goods made in collaboration with Kiyomizu-yaki and more.
Miffy Sakura Bakery will offer cute bean jam buns and Danish pastries as well as whipped ice cream and soft drinks. Both shops are filled with cute Miffy decorations for a truly immersive experience.
