Grilled meat restaurant Yakiniku Ushimitsu Ichimon Meguro is celebrating its one-year anniversary June 29 by offering a special course called “have a whole cow” between June 20 and 30.
The course, which goes for 10,000 yen, is centered around the theme of food loss and waste, much talked-about issues. To raise awareness about these problems, the yakiniku course uses every single part of the cow.
It’s no ordinary cow, by the way. The course uses high-quality wagyu (Japanese beef), giving you the chance to get smart about food loss and waste and dig into some delicious meat at the same time.
