Tsuru-Kamero, a restaurant in Harajuku known for its Japanese-themed building and decor as well as its food, is offering up three parfaits the likes of which we’ve never seen.
They’re called bonsai parfaits, and their shapes are inspired by bonsai trees. Specifically, the fact that the World Bonsai Convention, which is held every four years, was just held in Japan for the first time in almost three decades.
The three parfaits on offer come in are green tea, berry banana, and chocolate flavors. But they’re not just delicious: these whimsical bonsai-inspired shapes just scream to be Instagrammed. Just make sure you snap before they start melting!
Speaking of things Instagrammable, check out Tsuru-Kamero’s interior, which is a true feast for the eyes.
