The concept at Chill Labo is to “find your chill.” They offer at least 50-70 different kinds of Japanese sake, all of which are available for tasting. Unless you have something particular in mind, what you sample will generally be based on your taste preferences. Sweet or dry, heavy or light, junmai or daiginjo, whatever tickles your fancy, they’ll try to accommodate.
